  • "I was on my way to Maggie Valley to the Annual Pow Wow and I threw a trouble code. I called Cameron and he looked it up for it. It was related to a taillight code. I'd been having trouble with some Kury lights that I'd added. So after I unpacked at A Holiday Motel (great place, too!) I rode over to the shop. Cameron tested it with a set off the shelf and it solved the problem. Only issue is that the set he had were chrome and I had black ones on my Dark Horse. He was willing to sand the chrome and repaint it black when I noticed another set on the pegboard . . . they were black !!

    If you're ever up in the area (Lower Blue Ridge/Smokies) stop in and see them !!"

  • "I had the misfortune of shearing off my shift shaft flush with the case while riding through Maggie Valley on my 19 Chieftain. I was able to coast the 16 miles to Smokey Mountain Indian, where Cameron and the guys went way above and beyond to get me going. They "borrowed" a shifting shaft from a used bike and got me back on the road within 1 day, when I know that they were swamped. Thanks again for everything!

  • "It’s really simple…the guys and gals at Smokey Mountain are amazing!!! Their knowledge is excellent, and overall they are there to help you find the right bike for you. At no point did they try to upsell or do any of the shady things other dealers would do. They had the bike I wanted and after making contact with them, they were not pushy and answered every question to the best of their ability. They made the process as easy and painless as possible. When an issue came up with my purchase, they went above and beyond to help me fix it to get me rolling. Even delivered my bike to me when that issue prevented me from taking it home that day. I couldn’t praise Mike, Cameron, Denise, and the rest of the team enough. On top of that, their after sale service has been amazing. My salesman Mike Murray, communicated at every step and has even called after delivery to ensure I was happy with my purchase. We visited the dealership earlier in the week and I had mentioned to Cameron Estes the issue I was having and he said if it continues give me a call and I’ll fit you in. It happened again and would not reset like it had in the past so I called and Cameron said come on in. Bottom line the service was excellent and the experience was unforgettable.   • "I am from Virginia and came to the area to enjoy the incredible riding. After three days of riding, my Harley needed a part and installation and I couldn’t locate the part near where I was staying. It was recommended by another local bike shop to call the Indian dealership, and they had the exact part I needed. I had brought some tools with me, but not the specialized tool I needed to to install the part. I asked if there was anyway they could fit me in to fix the bike, and even though they were slammed with repairs, they dropped everything and fixed my bike. I can’t thank them enough for their extraordinary hospitality and kindness. I highly recommend them for any and all sales and service needs."

  • "I was looking for a Indian Roadmaster darkhorse in red and couldn't find one in Wisconsin. I called Mike in sales told him what I was looking for and he had the bike accept for 2 things , the stage 1 air cleaner I wanted and the floorboards my wife wanted. He said he would install them for minimal cost and even the price out on the bike. I can' t say enough about the great service Mike provided us. "

  • "I live in Ontario Canada near Ottawa the capital of Canada. While on a road trip with a few friends we stayed in Maggie Valley for three days and did some riding in the area. One morning my 2015 Vintage would not start, dead battery. We pushed started the bike and made it to your dealership for a new battery. Once there the person at the service department got me a new battery, also gave me a discount. He checked with the mechanic to see if he had time to install the battery. They said bring the bike to the back and they installed the new battery so I could be on my way. I was impressed and very grateful. After the battery change I got a t-shirt and was on my way. Sorry I forget the name of the person at the parts department and the mechanic who did the work but you guys made my experience with your dealership a great one. Thanks again for the quick service so I could enjoy the rest of my trip. For people travelling in the area visit this dealership they are there for the customer. Wish my local dealer was this good. Again thanks a lot."

They had a new tire in stock for me and began to work on installing it. I previously had a white wall, but this black wall saved me while on a trip from Texas.   • "I was traveling across country when I noticed an unusual noise from the bike. I checked the belt and discovered that was not centered, and riding of the side of the pulley. I dropped in at the Smoky Mountain Indian dealership without an appointment to ask if they could center the belt.   • "I was coming to the area for only a few days so I decided not to drag my bike up and to rent one to ride in the mountains (I live in the vast sea level flatlands called Florida!). When I called to find out all the details I spoke with Deanna who was super knowledgeable and super nice!!! Upon arriving at the dealership I was amazed at the size and layout, just a beautiful store!!! Knowing I had only one day to ride Deanna took awesome care of me and had me on the bike in no time!!!
    After getting back to where I was staying I realized I had left my prescription sunglasses in the saddlebag!!! I called first thing and asked Deanna if she could have someone check the bags before it went out on rental. She said I’ll go check, hold on, sure enough they were there but the black soft bag they were in blended in perfectly with the black saddlebag! Just can’t say enough about the folks at Smoky Mountain Indian, thank you for a great hassle free experience!!!"

  • "I had a rough running/missing under load while passing by Smoky mtn Indian. I thought it was another bout of water in the gas. Id been intermittently having this issue since 85,000 miles on my 18 RM. It was now at 132,000 in Aug, 2020. Id had the dealers in Spokane, Wa., Albuquerqe Nm., Elkhart In., and Sanford, Fl. Look at it for the same problem, but it kept having issues.
    Corey, at Smoky mtn Indian listned to the symptoms and diagnosed a fuel pump issue. They pulled the pump and found a plugged filter. They installed a new pump and I was on my way. This was all done on a bike during a road trip, so I didn't have an Appt.
    Its now early Sept, 2020. The bike has 145,000 miles and no more rough running.
    I'd like to give a big shout out to Corey for correcting a long term issue and the entire Smoky mtn service dept for taking in a weary traveller even while short staffed, and getting me back on the road."
